[EnergyPlus_Support] Low Temp Radiant auto-sizing quirk

Dear Group,

Please not that after inserting additional interzone surfaces with internal source into an existing zone, and using the ZoneHVAC:LowTemperatureRadiant:SurfaceGroup object to split the flow between these surfaces, only one surface is used to size the tubing length and maximum flow rate.

This means that if you simulate 3 levels as one zone and input extra interzonal levels with radiative area, your tubing length will be one third as long as it should be as well as the flow rate (which would not be coupled in series but in parallel and the sum was expected as the zone flowrate for this Low Temp Radiant object).

The better way to approach this is to specify several Low Temp Radiant Objects.

Ideally, this object could do with a multiplier option.
