RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] outside air in sizing:zone object

Look at the system sizing results to see the impact.  The OA data is input is at the zone level so it can be summed up for a system serving a number of different zones, but it isn’t included in the zone load.   (Except if the OA flow rate is higher that than the design flow result based on loads).   If you want OA included in the zone sizing results, use ZoneInfiltration or ZoneVentilation.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] outside air in sizing:zone object

Folks,

I tried to enable/disable the OA air in the sizing:zone object, but it
has no effect on zone sizing result. I tried various combination, i.e.
different OA method (flow/person, flow/zone) and different values for
each, and get exactly the same result.

Is this a bug?

Thanks,

Ery
