Mine SVG viewer after installation becomes part of the Internet Browser 8 on VISTA Home PC.
The scroll bars would move the view area up/down sideways. Right click the mouse on a view area will give a pop up to zoom in and out. A hand cursor can pan the view area.
If you use a text editor to change the font size from '8' to '12' in the svg file, the text will also appear larger in the display.
You can also use the Window magnifier glass to view theenlarged text without expanding the whole diagram.
The zoom at the right lower conner of the window provide 400% zooming.
Other Windows may behave differently.
