[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Water/Water HX ~ WaterHeater:Mixed

Okay, I got this working. The waterheater:mixed object sits on the demand side of the "primary" (first) Plant Loop and on the supply side "boiler branch" of the "secondary" (second) Plant Loop who's demand side consists of the "lower temperature" consumers.

So it works. It just doesn't work well when combined with a normal HVAC heating system. Although I've listed the radiant floor system as priority 1 in the zone equipment list followed by the ATUs on priority 2, the HVAC is doing all the heating and the radiant floor sees it's setpoint as met and therefore does nothing.

My Zone heating setpoint is 21°C.
I've tried setting the radiant system setpoint at 21.6 with a 0.5 deg Throttling range(minimum) to force it to heat all the time, but this has no result. The economizer works between 21 and 24 Outdoor Drybulb...these are also my heating and cooling temperature setpoints.

The economizer high limit is set by ASHRAE. the rest is flexible. Any ideas?
