[EnergyPlus_Support] Weather Converter trouble

Hello Guys,
DirectNormalRadiation are missing in my weather file.

I fixed manually missing values to "9999" but still have trouble with Weather Converter, surely because of my DEF file. I can understant why?

anybody can have a look please?
