[EnergyPlus_Support] Shading Mask

Hi All,
I come across an issue that I don't know how to sort out...
I've to simulate the effect of the thermal mass of a concrete dark floor exposed to direct solar radiation entering from a south face window.

The room is an office that will be "populated" with many computer desks.

Each desk obviously reduces the amount of solar radiation reaching the floor, therefore the thermal mass is expected to behave incorrectly.

Since I can't find a way to import object in a E+ geometry, at the moment I have logically thought that I can use a Shading Mask for the floor in order to simulate different conditions. But It seams not possible to import/edit Shading Masks in E+...

Do you guys have any idea for overcoming this?
Any suggestions will be very appreciated.

Many thanks

Regards

Enrico
