Dear Karen,
?Rating? conditions are normally the AHRI test conditions. For typical DX coils, these are 95F outdoor, 80F dry bulb / 67F wet bulb coil entering temps. I am not sure about the conditions for heat pumps.

for the objects "HeatPump:WatertoWater:EquationFit:Heating" and "HeatPump:WatertoWater:EquationFit:Cooling" , the following inputs are needed:
"Rated Load Side Flow Rate"
"Rated Source Side Flow Rate"
"Rated Capacity"
"Rated Power Consumption"
Does anyone know what "rated" refers to in this case? I assume it means a testing condition - but which one?
