[EnergyPlus_Support] "Rating Conditions" for Water to Water Heat Pumps

Hi All,

for the objects "HeatPump:WatertoWater:EquationFit:Heating" and   "HeatPump:WatertoWater:EquationFit:Cooling" , the following inputs are needed:

"Rated Load Side Flow Rate"

"Rated Source Side Flow Rate"  

"Rated Capacity"

"Rated Power Consumption"

Does anyone know what "rated" refers to in this case?  I assume it means a testing condition - but which one?
