I don't know if i have understood very well the way you told me to
complete the exercise.I've added the new version of the spreadsheet.
Is it possible to model the last curve,"part load ratio curve"?

By the way,checking the simulation values I found a "wrong" value in
my chiller.Energy+ has designed the condenser flow rate is very very
high and therefore the delta temperature in the condenser for the
water is really low.
Water condenser flow rate:4710kg/s
The problem was that I filled the parameter for the design in kg/s and
it is asked  in m3/s. Now I think it's solved.
