By the way,checking the simulation values I found a "wrong" value in
my chiller.Energy+ has designed the condenser flow rate is very very
high and therefore the delta temperature in the condenser for the
water is really low.
Water condenser flow rate:4710kg/s
The problem was that I filled the parameter for the design in kg/s and
it is asked in m3/s. Now I think it's solved.
