This 30% is not very normal ratio.
Energy+ can only use one core in each simulation,for example if your
CPU has 4 cores,each simulation you run can use at maximun of 25%.
This is the reason because 30% is not a normal value.Is it a laptop?If
it is,it could be that you have a profile which is setup not to use
all the speed of the cpu.
