[EnergyPlus_Support] The cooling tower doesnt work

Hi All,

I am using EnergyPlus 7.0 to model a 21 storys building with a Hybrid GSHP:one ground source heat pump with a cooling tower in the secondary condenser loop, which is connected to the main ground heat exchager loop by means of the plate heat exchanger.but the cooling tower does not work.In my simulation the following things happens:

** Warning ** SizePlantLoop: Calculated Plant Sizing Design Volume Flow Rate=[0.00] is too small. Set to 0.0
   ** ~~~ ** ..occurs for PlantLoop=CoolingTowerLOOP
** Warning ** SizePump: Calculated Pump Nominal Volume Flow Rate=[0.00] is too small. Set to 0.0
   ** ~~~ ** ..occurs for Pump=CoolingTowerLoop PUMP

what is the problem?what can I do to sovle this problem?

Thanks in advance.
