[EnergyPlus_Support] Inconsistency in E+ results between a chiller-tower and an air cooled chiller

Hi Energy Support Team,
I would like to compare the energy consumption for a building using a chiller-tower system versus an air cooled chiller.  When I did the simulations, the air cooled chillers is 60% less than the chiller-tower which does not make any sense.
Do you have any suggestion?
