[EnergyPlus_Support] geometry problem with alignment of window on none horizontal roof

Hello Group,
I'm having trouble with a couple of window surfaces sitting on a very slightly none horizontal roof (please don't ask why it's not horizontal). The first time e+ ran, it threw an error that the difference between the base surface and the window surface was more than 180 deg. I reversed the verticies order, but now the difference seems even larger. Funnily looking at it in openstudio, I don't see any errors nearly this big.
