[EnergyPlus_Support] Heat Exchanger

Dear all,

A fluid/fluid heat exchanger is designed to couple one condenser loop to another condenser loop, but i need to connect two plant loop because there is a heat exchanger among solar collectors and the storage tank.

Is it possible to create this cofiguration in Energy Plus? Could I couple two plant loop with a heat exchanger?
