[EnergyPlus_Support] Snow melt device

Hello All,

Has anyone previously modeled a Snow Melt system in EnergyPlus?

I am trying to model one and am seeing the consumption as zero, hence wanted to clarify the approach.

I am using a GroundHeatExchanger:Surface object and connecting this object branch as demands in a heating plant demand branch list. Is this the correct method to model it? Please give your respective suggestions if possible.
