[EnergyPlus_Support] Modeling single split (inverter) air-conditioning system

Hi,

I am going to model a Toshiba single split (inverter) air-conditioning system. I plan to use HVACTemplate:System:Unitary and HVACTemplate:Zone:Unitary.

In the specification given by Toshiba, there is no data on supply fan total efficiency as well as supply fan delta pressure and supply fan motor efficiency. Those data are requested by EnergyPlus. How can I find the data?

The fact that it is an inverter system (not traditional system), is it okay if I model it by HVACTemplate:System:Unitary and HVACTemplate:Zone:Unitary?

Many thanks for your reply
