What I meant was the following:

You have changed the second last line with a semicolon and left out the last line.
IDFeditor would usually correct this ommision, unless the schedule is an otional line.

Have you tried this correction?

Although I can successfully run a simulation, I received several warning messages in the error log as

The building I simulated has 27 conditioned zones in total, but only those three zones shown up in the warning. I checked the classes of "DesignSpecification: OutdoorAir" for those zones, they are properly specified, and the object of "Controller:MechanicalVentilation" looks like this:

Something really odd is that all three zones with warning message appear at the end of the object of "controller:mechanicalventilation", and I tried to change the order of the zones under the controller, and found out that whichever zone sits in the end will show up in the warning message.
Can anyone explain to me why this warning occurs? and How to fix this? I worried about that those zones are not properly accounted as suggested by the warning message!
