Hello Once Again
In my opinion e+ is used as a thermal/energy modeling engine, which means that if your objective is to model the energy impact in a thermal zone of using a thermal curtain it can be done, on the other hand if the objective is to estimate the particle transportation using an air curtain I would recommend using a CFD. 
On the other hand e+ has an air flow network and maybe you could approximate the resistance of the air curtain and relate this to outside air.
