[EnergyPlus_Support] How do I include a variable in the Oputput:Table:Monthly

I know how to include meters (found in the mdd file)in the Output:Table:Monthly, but I cannot figure out how to include variables. 

Specifically I need to include the chillers Electric Consumption. In the rdd, these (are 2) are:

Output:Variable,*,Chiller Electric Consumption,hourly; !- HVAC Sum [J]

But when I add "Chiller Electric Consumption" to the table definition, it throws me an error saying that 

Variable name=COOLSYS1 CHILLER 1:ELECTRICITY:BUILDING not valid for this simulation
