[EnergyPlus_Support] Maximum temperature convergence problem

Dear Users,

I am doing a model with a lot of 'voids', 'no surfaces' or 'air walls'
I have been using the infrared transparent material in combination with the surface properties convection coefficients as suggested in the I/O doc.
My settings are 0.1W/m2K for both the inside and the outside coefficients. I did not set any mixing or cross mixing vent.

When I run a simulation I get a series of warnings like the following one:

Inside surface heat balance did not converge with Max Temp Difference [C] =2.068E-003 vs Max Allowed Temp Diff [C] =2.000E-003
   **   ~~~   **  Environment=LONDON_WINTER, at Simulation time=02/21 07:10 - 07:20

This happens not only for my winter design day but also for the weather file simulation in the mornings and evenings.

Can anyone give me a light about how to fix that?

Many thanks in advance

Clarice
