[EnergyPlus_Support] Need the EPW file

I am a new user of the program, and would like to know more about this SOFTWEARE, I wish also to the EPW file to the city of Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico. Do you know how I can get?  The data of the town are:

 latitude: 21 ° 53'42 "N.

 LONGITUDE: 102 ° 18'35 "W.

 HEIGHT: 1,865.0 M.

 I am a University Professor at the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes. Thank you.
