[EnergyPlus_Support] Condensation on Radiant Cooling

Hi,

While modeling Radiant Floor cooling system with partial DOAS I am getting these warnings of floor condensation. I have chosen Simple Off as condensation control type in ZoneHVAC:LowTemperatureRadiant:VariableFlow object. I want to maintain my floor temperature between 20 to 21 °C (not below 19°C) that's why I have my ChW loop temperature as low as 15°C. Delta T I have taken as 5°C but still it is not sizing my radiant floor flow rate according to this delta T instead it is giving me a highly autosized flow rate of 9.36X 10-5 m3/s. Because of this I am getting overcooling on floor and getting these warnings. I have tried reducing the flow rate but then it does not give the desired cooling on floor. Can you suggest what wrong I am doing? I am attaching EIO and SVG file. Should I change the loop length or pipe dia? Currently the length is 30m and dia is 0.014m.

regards,

SACHIN SHARMA
