[EnergyPlus_Support] Issue with system sizing

Hi,

I want my VAV and radiant floor system to cool and meet my setpoint of 26°C. But, I am unable to get room air temperature close to setpoint it is above 30°C. Is there a problem with zone system sizing inputs or something else. I am attaching the eio and svg file for your reference.
