I think that the non-conves warning is only for diffused or reflected radiation calculation.
I rotated the building to watch the solar beam change through windows, and found that the result was not affected by the warnings. At one time (some old version), the warning disappears, when "full reflection" is not requested in the calculation. The roof and skylight should behave in the same way. Dear Group,
Problem is a Jigsaw shaped roof is convex. This roof is almost fully glazed. Is it plausible to keep the windows with current tilt and azumith geometry (non-planar to base surface, ignoring warnings), but change the roof to flat? This will decrease the heattransfer surface...bad right. The roof has 22 "teeth". Seperate zone for each tooth?...I have 4 of these jigsaw roof zones...that would mean 4x22 zones to get convex zones. auch! "jig" is a 2 m + 4 m (6m base) triangle with 2m height. See below.
