[EnergyPlus_Support] Sample IDF for a one-zone residential system with a furnace, AC, and operable windows ?

Does anyone have a working IDF for a simple one-zone residential system, i.e., furnace and
air-conditioner with operable windows, that I can use as a template (not HVAC Template,
actual IDF) for a large number of residential files that I'm trying to convert from DOE-2?
I've tried adapting what I have for a Packaged Single-Zone (PSZ), as well as the 3-zone
Furnace-DX example file, but haven't had much luck. I seem to be particularly challenged
when it comes to setting up nodes, branches, loops, etc.

Thanks.

Joe
