[EnergyPlus_Support] About NightCycle

Dear all,
I am modeling a system consist of a centralized fan with VFD, constant volume series fan powered boxes w/ elec. reheat in the perimeter zones and VAV TB in the core zones.
I am trying to simulate night cycle operation algorithm such as only the FPB will be on when the zone temp falls below heating set-back temp Setpoint, while the centralized fan will be on when any zone temp is above cooling set-back temp set point during unoccupied hours?

I chose to use "CycleOnAnyZoneFansOnly" under the AvailabilityManager:NightCycle, but it seems the fan powered boxes are cycling on and off during summer time without turning on the centralized fan, which doesn't help bring down the space temperature because the only DX coil locates inside of AHU.

Any suggestions?
Thanks.
