[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: OA controller and Heat Recovery
Your error points to the controller of your cooling coil. This should be reverse action, from memory...so this looks okay. It does seem that the setpoint on the exit of the cooling coil air side may be lower than the inlet water temperature.
