[EnergyPlus_Support] Modelling Opening Shopfronts

I would like to model a cafe/restaurant with open shopfront. The foldaway fenestrations is open when the outside temperature is, say, between 18°C to 28°C and wind speed is, say, less than 3m/s. And when the fenestration is open the HVAC in the three metre deep perimeter zone is turned off. I think this is a common mode of operation of cafes in Australia.

Could EnerpyPlus AirflowNetwork objects model the above shopfront? If not, any other objects in EnergyPlus can model this?

Thank you very much for the time.
