[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: A new tool for creating real-time weather files

NREL real time weather data has big data gaps and no solar data, at least for stations I've checked in northern Europe, maybe they give you get better data in the States. The EP Weather Converter can also make solar data from information about total cloud coverage, but this information is not provided for so many stations.

This tool has an advantage in that it can provide actual weather data for many local locations in northern Europe, where the temperature is measured and the solar data is modeled from satellite images. It can also provide subhourly data (not for solar data) for many locations, for example most Airport report 2-3 times per hour.

There was bug in the tool (relating to the time-stamp), I'll post a new link to it when it's fixed.
