· Minimum OA set by DesignSpecification:OutdoorAir – good

· No economizer – good

· Large outdoor air amount to replace kitchen exhaust – good

· I think that the error “Full load outlet air dry-bulb temperature < 2C. This indicates the possibility of coil frost/freeze” only occurs when the coil is operating. You cannot suppress it (as far as I know).

o That suggests that you may be mistaken about the coil being OFF during cold weather. Have you checked the Output:Variable value for “DX Coil Total Cooling Rate” of this coil? (It should be zero.) The
