[EnergyPlus_Support] Infiltration Schedule in the Reference Building, Large Office Chicago Example

This is regarding the DOE Reference Buildings in general and the RefBldgLargeOfficeNew2004_Chicago.idf model in the EnergyPlus Examples folder in particular.

Are the Infiltration Schedule values correct?
The INFIL_QUARTER_ON_SCH schedule defines Fschedule in the infiltration equation (pg. 364 in the i/o manual for E+7.0) That means 1 is full flow, 0 means no flow.
At night, all the windows (if any) and doors are closed, therefore infiltration should be minimum, during the day, doors and windows  open, therefore infiltration should be maximum. I would expect the schedule value to be larger during the day and smaller during the night, but the schedule makes it backwards.

I executed the model and created the Zone Infiltration Volume Flow Rate and sure enough, the infiltration remains low during the day and jumps up at 10:00 PM when the schedule makes the factor 1.

Any thoughts?
