Hello again guy. I am simulating the geometry of a 3 floor building and the I am receiving this

"DetermineShadowingCombinations: Surface="7E9FD3" is a casting surface and is non-convex

Severe  ** DetermineShadowingCombinations: Surface="5CBB90" is a casting surface and is non-convex  through the

error file. I changed the whole solar distribution option from full exterior and interior to just full exterior. 

but the problem is not solved. Do you have any solution?
