[EnergyPlus_Support] ASHRAE requirement for unmet setpoint hours and sizing

In this project I have been plagued by hours set point not met. I now think that I have solved every problem that could contribute to this. Consiquently, I could use a tolerance of about 0.26 deg C.

In the past I had tested parametrically which sizing:parameter values give me what I need regarding ASHRAE requirement for unmet setpoint hours and sizing. I think I am more likely to use a parametric study to find the best Load Averaging Window to satisfy ASHRAE reqs, and then apply this also to the baseline case (and in my case the design case which has to be modelled with baseline systems, that don't exist in the design case). Has anyone got any thoughts on this? Do you just use Load Averaging Window = 1?
