I suggest you use the object provided for incorporating F-Factor

Construction:FfactorGroundFloor,
    ExteriorSlab_PerimeterW, !- Name
    1.264,                               !- F-Factor {W/m-K}
    =$ZoneArea,                    !- Area {m2}
    =$PerimeterDistance;       !- PerimeterExposed {m}

Be sure to use the F-Factor for the unheated slab on grade floors (required in 90.1-2007 App. G3.1.5.b
"? Slab-on-grade floors shall match the F-factor for unheated slabs from the same tables."

Look in the Engineering Reference for details about how SOG F-Factors are calculated, pp 131
