[EnergyPlus_Support] Green Roof / EcoRoof

Dear all,

I have a question about the EcoRoof model in EnergyPlus; may be development community can help me answer. 

The EnergyPlus Engineering Reference (ver Oct13, 2011) on EcoRoof model is says: 

'The ability to track moisture-dependent thermal properties is not implemented yet due to 
stability issues in the CTF scheme, but is under development for use with the finite difference solution scheme made available in EnergyPlus starting in version 2'

Is this implemented in e+ v7?
