[EnergyPlus_Support] Window U values in HTML vs idf

I am running models in Energy Plus of some of the DOE prototype buildings, but the U values and SHGC specified in the construction are not what shows up in the HTML document. Why are these different? I am trying to compare these buildings to the IECC 2012 code and need to update the windows' thermal properties but I can't figure out how to do so because the construction types are identical and yet they have names giving different U and SHGC values. When looking in the .idf file of the prototype buildings in climate zone 4C, all the windows are listed as having a U value of 0.52 whereas in the HTML output the U value is listed as 0.467. The SHGC values also show a difference between their inputs in the .idf and their outputs in the HTML file. I'm assuming this has something to do with the film factor. Most importantly, does the U value listed in the HTML output include the film factor (air to air) or not (only surface to surface)? And if it doesn't include the film factor, then is there is an object that I can place in the .idf file that will allow the reporting of the U value in the HTML output that includes the film factor? I'm just trying to match these constructions to the IECC code which defines the U value as (air to air) in other words WITH the film factors. I appreciate any help you have to offer on the matter.
