[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: 4 Zones templat is not cooling

i'm sorry... this object is already created, but i forgot to post. Im following the exemple files and we simulated another project and was nothing wrong with...

and also, i tried to create a Zone:Control object and this error comes up 
** Severe  ** ZoneControl:Thermostat="983737 THERMOSTAT" invalid Zone or ZoneList Name="983737" zone previously assigned.
