I believe you should not ask for that zone to be sized and the warning won't appear.  Of course, if you need it to be sized for cooling, you can't remove the Sizing:Zone for that zone.

You can look at the fields of the Sizing:Zone to see if you can turn it off from trying to size for heating, but I'm not sure that can be done.
