Dear Edwin,

Please find attached svg file for the same. This project has VAV and FCU in different zones. I have used Standard HVAc template to model the same. As my design case doesn't have any heating so i used "Always OFF" schedule for FCU heating so that boiler will not sense any load. I have checked report for boiler Energy consumption and it shows zero. My only concern is there might be some problem at the loop.

It could be, but it would likely be a non-intuitive node connection error.  If it is a blatently invalid topology, that should be trapped early.  However, if components are hooked up in a non-standard way, it may have not been detected, yet the results will be invalid.  I think you will really want to provide a schematic of what you wanted to model, and then provide the svg output of the actual run.
