My settings were off for the sizing:zone objects. Sometimes it's easy for m=

to miss the little things. The model HVAC system is slightly based on the
example file FanCoilAutoSize. One issue that I noticed was the Zone
Thermostat Control Type. Since it's puerto rico, I don't expect much of a
heating load and I am ok with that. The problem is that the cooling setpoin=
t
is not met when the  control type is 2 (ThermostatSetpoint:SingleCooling). =
