[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: internal loads
Any schedule is just a delaration of a constant. The constant in this case has the value of 4 for all timesteps from 00:00 until 24:00 for all days of the year. This constant may be specified in multiple objects that require schedules. An example object that uses this field is the thermostat object. When the schedule field of the thermostat object returns the value of for, it will make the thermostat object behave as a duel temperature with deadband thermostat. Some schedules have specific types. Exampe type temperature. These can then only be used in objects that specifically require type temperature schedules. There are other types. Reading all the documentation is hard. I suggest an trying an example and then try and change some schudules in the example to see how they work. The "compact" type schedule is the simplest and most powerfull type. Use only this when you are still learning the basics.
