[EnergyPlus_Support] Testing in design time

Hello there

Till now, I got projects after design and preregistration.

Now, I got few architects that want me to start working with them from the design time.

I know how to take plans, put them in E+ and give results. Check for all the question they got about the house, like wall materials, smaller windows etc.

Does anyone can  give me some tips what  to do at design time.
How do I steer them to the right direction?

How do  I find the right ratio between the floor and the windows size for each facade?

I will be very glad to hear any tip
