My last question is if I add internalmass object for the server boxes, do I need to geometrically draw them inside the building envelope? Say I want to know the surface temperature of those boxes after simulation running.

blank fields need not always be in the text file (you'll need to write them in if you use them). check the io ref, it shows all the fields you can include for the zone object. you should include a internalmass object to take account the mass of the server boxes (but it would have massive effects).
