[EnergyPlus_Support] DOE commercial reference building file open error in EPlus 7.1

Hello All,

My first post to this group. I have downloaded the commercial reference buildings from: http://www1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/commercial_initiative/reference_buildings.html

I am opening them in IDF Editor for EPlus 7.1 and receive the following errors:

Too many fields for object: Line number ...
This error may be caused by a missing semi-colon at the end of an object. ..."

I thought the reference buildings were supposed to be error-free!
Or I may be experiencing some serious operator error.

Please let me know if you are familiar with this error. Thank you!
