[EnergyPlus_Support] the predictor-corrector procedure in the engineering manual of Energy Plus

Hi, all,
I am learning the energy plus calculation mechanism.

The predictor-corrector scheme can be summarized as follows:
? Using equation (6), an estimate is made of the air system energy required to balance
the equation with the zone air temperature equal to the setpoint temperature.
? With that quantity as a demand, the air system is simulated to determine its actual
supply capability at the time of the simulation. This will include a plant simulation if
necessary.
? The actual air system capability is used in equation (14) to calculate the resulting
zone temperature.

Could any one give more specific explanation about this whole process? I am very confused about how it deals with the temperatures. So it first starts with initializing all the temperatures at 23C, and then through iteration to obtain the estimated system energy, and then an actual system energy, then an updated temperature, which if not reach the setpoint temp, then continue to do an iteration?

Thanks so much!
Best,
Na
