Thanks Wei for your response but could you please explain a bit further as how to use macros for this purpose or modify the Z coordinates? I'd appreciate it.

I usually do macros or a VBA code to manipulate the coordinates. For simple application, you can try strip windows and just modify the Z coordinates of the window.

I was wondering how we could use the text edirot and/or IDF editor in Energy Plus to modify the WWR for a single model(the original model was created by the Design Builder and the .idf file was exported to the Energy Plus program)
