Sheelam,
This could be due to large internal loads. You may wish to use output variables for internal gains in the questionable zone to see if your internal gains  match your loads.

Hello Sir...

I am working on the Live project of the Institute building  as my thesis work using Energy Plus Software. I am facing the problem which shows the warning -

Zone-GourndFloor: Staff (It is the Zone Name) heating load for the zone calculated as zero.

 

 

I have tried to solve this problem by several ways but unable to do so,Please help me to solve this problem.

Your suggestions are very much valuable for me.
