If the heating setpoint is 20 and cooling setpoint is 26, the air delivered to the zone should be:
20 + 11.1 = 31.1 (maximum) for heating needs
26 - 11.1 = 14.9 (minimum) for cooling needs.
These values are set in the Sizing:System, Central cooling design supply air temperature = 14.9
And Sizing:Zone, Zone heating design supply air temperature = 31.1
