[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Adding untreated outside air to a zone?
I think I got it!
I returned to fan coil option and choose dual point thermostat. Put -5 as a heating setpoint and +50 as a cooling setpoint. Since zone temperature will never be under -5oC the fan wouldn't turn on to provide heating, and when temperature exceeds 50 oC, fancoil (fan) will turn on in order to cool down the space.
Thanks for EMS suggestion, but at the moment I cannot crack it.
